Chapter Four coming soon, The Self-Publishing Show and playing around with AI images!
Hello everyone, I hope you’re all having a pleasant week?
Mine has been very positive. Not only has the summer sun finally arrived in the UK, but on Tuesday and Wednesday, I spent my time in London at The Self-Publishing Show.
The talks were both informative and inspirational, but one of the best aspects of being there was meeting and speaking with fellow writers. Writing can be quite a solitary task. So, when you get to talk to other people following the same journey, it’s really empowering.
On that note, I’m getting closer and closer to finishing Chapter Four of Alpha Guard. However, a new character has popped up and I’m still figuring out a few things before hitting the publish button, which should be at some point during July. Also, off the back of The Self-Publishing Show, I’ve been playing around with DALL·E 3, the AI image generator. In particular, I’ve been trying it out to come up with images for each chapter. They’re far from perfect but for my purposes, I think they’re pretty good and get the general idea across.
